Shipping Partners and Dispatch We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver your Products efficiently. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched within 5–10 business days, subject to product availability and order volume. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at checkout and via your registered email or mobile number after dispatch. We reserve the right to ship certain orders directly through our internal delivery network if required.
1.1 Serviceable Areas While we strive to deliver Products across India, there may be certain unserviceable areas determined by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, the Website will notify you before checkout, and we will not be able to process your order for delivery in such regions.
1.2 Customer Information To ensure delivery time, you must provide accurate and complete delivery details, including your full name, address, pin code, landmark, and contact number. Organic Home shall not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or mis-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
1.3 Delivery Attempts Our Logistic Partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts to your specified address. If you are unavailable during these attempts, or the address provided is incorrect, the order may be cancelled and returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct shipping or handling charges before issuing any refund (if applicable).
1.4 Delivery Delays While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure on-time delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including but not limited to: Logistical or operational constraints Adverse weather conditions Natural disasters or acts of God Political unrest, strikes, or transportation issues Unexpected demand spikes or supply chain disruptions In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed via email or SMS. However, Organic Home shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
1.5 Conduct of Delivery Personnel We engage reputed logistic partners who maintain professional standards of service. However, Organic Home is not responsible for any misconduct, delay, or behavior of delivery personnel employed by third-party Logistic Partners. Any concerns regarding delivery behavior must be addressed directly with the logistics company or reported to us for escalation.
1.6 Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You may use this ID to track your order directly on our website or through the Logistic Partner’s tracking portal. Please note that tracking data is updated by third-party systems, and minor time lags or discrepancies may occur.
1.7 Reverse Logistics (Returns) In case of returns or exchanges, we will arrange a pickup through our reverse logistics partner after your return request has been verified. Returns will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, available on our website.
