ORGANICHOME PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered addressed at 28/139, KATRA GUKUL PURA, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA ("ORGANICHOME", "we", "us" or "our") is managing and operating website www.organichome.com, under the brand name Organic Home through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of Furniture, Decor, Kitchen and Dining, Lighting, Mirror and other products ("Products") to the users of the Organic Home Platform ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your"). We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience—from placing your order to receiving your product and, if necessary, Replacement it. This Cancellation Replacement Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms governing order Replacement.

By using the Website and purchasing Products from Organic Home, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order Cancellation by You may cancel your order (fully or partially) before it is shipped by contacting us at support@organichome.com and +91 - 9520837111 with your order details. Once the order has been shipped or invoiced, it cannot be canceled.
Order Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of: Unavailability of the product, Errors in pricing or product information, or Any issue related to payment authorization or fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled by us, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
Eligibility for Replacement You may initiate a Replacement request within 24 to 48 hours of delivering your order if: The Product is damaged or defective, The Product received is different from what was ordered, The Product has missing parts or accessories, or You received a product of unsatisfactory quality or condition.
Conditions for Replacement to qualify for a Replacement, the Product must be: Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, Replacement with tags, labels, and invoices intact, Free from stains, marks, scratches. Accompanied by all original accessories or complimentary items (if any).
Non-Replacement Products Certain items are non-Replacement due to hygiene or customization reasons, including but not limited to: Personalized or custom-made items, Used candles, fragrance diffusers, or opened wax products, Products were damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
Replacement Process to initiate a Replacement, please email us at support@organichome.com and +91 - 9520837111 with your order number, reason for Replacement, and supporting images and videos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our reverse logistics partner or guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
Product Inspection and Approval After we receive the Replacement product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the Replacement criteria. Once approved, the replacement will be processed.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility & Method Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances, where a Replacement request has been approved but cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or quality concerns validated by our team. In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the Replacement product passes inspection. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original source (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Shipping & COD Charges Shipping fees and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the refund arises from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered by us.
Refund Rejection
Refunds may not be approved if:

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, size, or variant (where available), please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability and quality inspection of the Replacement item.

Organic Home reserves the right to make final decisions on the acceptance or rejection of any cancellation, Replacement, or refund request. Our decision in such cases shall be binding.
