ORGANICHOME PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered addressed at 28/139, KATRA GUKUL PURA, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA ("ORGANICHOME", "we", "us" or "our") is managing and operating website www.organichome.com, under the brand name Organic Home through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of Furniture, Decor, Kitchen and Dining, Lighting, Mirror and other products ("Products") to the users of the Organic Home Platform ("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your"). We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience—from placing your order to receiving your product and, if necessary, returning it. This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms governing order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
2.1. By using the Website and purchasing Products from Organic Home, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
3.1. Order Cancellation by You You may cancel your order (fully or partially) before it is shipped by contacting us at support@organichome.com with your order details. Once the order has been shipped or invoiced, it cannot be canceled.
3.2. Order Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of: Unavailability of the product, Errors in pricing or product information, or Any issue related to payment authorization or fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled by us, any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
4.1. Eligibility for Returns You may initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your order if: The Product is damaged or defective, The Product received is different from what was ordered, The Product has missing parts or accessories, or You received a product of unsatisfactory quality or condition.
4.2. Conditions for Return To qualify for a return, the Product must be: Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, Returned with tags, labels, and invoices intact, Free from stains, marks, scratches, or any signs of wear, and tear Accompanied by all original accessories or complimentary items (if any).
4.3. Non-Returnable Products Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons, including but not limited to: Personalized or custom-made items, Used candles, fragrance diffusers, or opened wax products, Products were damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
4.4. Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at support@organichome.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our reverse logistics partner or guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
4.5. Product Inspection and Approval After we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed as per Section 5 below.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. Refund Method and Timeline Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking). 5.2. Shipping Charges Shipping or COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by us.
5.3. Refund Rejection We reserve the right to decline a refund if: The product is used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging, The return request is initiated beyond the permitted return period, or The product is a part of a non-returnable category.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, size, or variant (where available), please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability and quality inspection of the returned item.
